Roles and access
What each person can do in the admin app depends on their roles. You give roles in User Management. A person can have several roles, and their access is everything those roles allow together.
Everyone sees every page in the menu. A page their roles don’t include shows a padlock and, when opened, the message “You don’t have access to …”.
The roles

Billing and the Invoices queue: review staff invoices and mark them paid or rejected. |

Votes are managed by owners (admin).
Open to everyone who can sign in to the admin app: the Dashboard, My Profile, Support and, if it is switched on for them, the AI assistant.
