Freeze or cancel my membership

Note

These options are only in the app if your gym uses them. If you don’t see them, contact your gym.

Freeze

1. Open User Profile → Subscription Management.
2. Under Your membership, tap Freeze membership.
3. Choose how many months under How long for?
4. Check the dates and what you’ll pay, then tap Freeze.

Your membership restarts by itself when the freeze ends. To come back early, tap Reactivate membership.

Cancel

1. Open User Profile → Subscription Management.
2. Under Your membership, tap Cancel membership.
3. Read the end date and tap Cancel membership to confirm.

Card memberships end at the end of the period you’ve paid for. Direct Debit memberships are cancelled straight away and no more payments are taken.
