Update my card

1. Open the menu and tap User Profile.
2. In Membership & Payments, tap Subscription Management.
3. Tap Update my payment. A secure Stripe page opens.
4. Enter your new card details and save them.
5. Return to the app. If a payment failed, tap Retry payment under Payments.
6. If the app says you aren’t a member, tap Update membership status.

Note

If you pay by Direct Debit, or the app says no Stripe payment account is linked, contact your gym to change your payment details. See Payments and your card.
